Raising Godly Girls

American Heritage Girls has tapped into its 25-year history of developing programming and working with thousands of volunteers, girls, and families across the country to launch a Christian parenting resource platform called Raising Godly Girls, raisinggodlygirls.org.  In honor of AHG’s 25th birthday, AHG wanted to give back to the communities, churches, and families that have made it successful, while glorifying God through citing His word. With Raising Godly Girls, AHG members and non-members alike can benefit from the tools offered through these blogs and audio recordings.

Raising Godly Girls blog offers Troop volunteers, parents, educators, and faith community leaders a series of tools, resources, and Scripture-based advice to assist in raising girls after God’s own heart.  The Raising Godly Girls Blog is a compliment to the Raising Godly Girls Minute with Patti Garibay, Founder and Executive Director of American Heritage Girls, which airs on nearly 800 Christian radio stations nationwide.

You can subscribe to the Raising Godly Girls Blog to keep up with these inspiring articles. Also considering downloading the free eBook published by AHG entitled A Raising Godly Girls Guide to Fear and Anxiety in Uncertain Times.

The AHGStore

The AHGstore is your go to place for AHG uniforms, patches, badges, spirit wear, and so much more! The AHGstore is filled with items for girls and adults to showcase their AHG spirit through t-shirts, hats, other wearables, and gift items. Each item purchased on the AHGstore supports the mission of building women of integrity. The AHGstore is open to everyone which includes both registered and non-registered adults, girls, grandparents, friends, and family!

Although the AHGstore is open to the public, there are certain restricted items on the AHGstore. The Troop Board, Troop Advancement Chair, AHGstore Troop Purchaser, and Trailblazer Mentors have access to purchase restricted items on the AHGstore such as badges and Level Awards. In order to access these items, you will need to login to the AHGstore. If you are having trouble logging in, please email [email protected].

The Troop’s tax-exempt status is derived from the Charter Organization. If the Charter Organization is tax-exempt and is willing to allow the Troop to use their tax-exempt documentation, the Troop can setup a tax-exempt account with the AHGstore. Please follow the steps below to setup the Troops tax-exempt account with the AHGstore.

  1. Email a copy of your Charter Organization's 501(c)3 IRS Tax Exemption Form to [email protected].
  2. Kerusso will receive the document, verify its eligibility for state sales and use tax exemption (if that document doesn’t suffice, Kerusso will reach out to provide further info on what documentation your state requires), and if eligible, set your Troop up as tax-exempt in the AHGstore system.
  3. Once setup is complete, a member of the Kerusso Team will reply to your email to inform you that your Troop's tax-exempt status has been approved.

*Please note, the tax-exempt status will be associated with the email address used to submit the documentation; this same email address must be used when placing Troop orders to ensure your tax-exemption can be honored.

“As you come to him, the living Stone—rejected by humans but chosen by God and precious to him—you also, like living stones, are being built into a spiritual house to be a holy priesthood, offering spiritual sacrifices acceptable to God through Jesus Christ.”

1 Peter 2:4-5, NIV
